We take full precautions in cleanliness and follow the recommended guidelines in sterility and cross infection control, including against HIV and hepatitis.
All instruments and hand pieces are sterilised between patients and disposable items are used wherever possible. We are members of the British Dental Association and British Dental Health Foundation.
Suggestions and Complaints Procedure
Please tell us if we can improve our service in any way. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment at the practice or we have failed to meet your expectations, please raise it with either the clinician concerned, or Sue, our Practice Nurse. We will deal with any problems in the strictest confidence and endeavour to sort the matter out within 24 hours. This Practice Complaints Procedure meets the NHS national criteria and requirements of the Care Quality Commission. We hope to offer you the highest standards of service and will deal with your concerns as swiftly as possible.
